PRODUCTS purchased on Cool Fish Apparel are shipped via parcel carriers like UPS and FedEx. At checkout, you are given three shipping options: Ground, 2nd Day or 1 Day service.
GIFT CARDS are shipped via parcel service.

*Shipping rates do not apply to bulk orders. Please contact us for specific shipping charges.
Weekends and Holidays
Cool Fish Apparel does not ship items on the weekends (Saturday and Sunday). Our warehouse is also closed for shipping on the following holidays:

Fourth of July
Labor Day
Thanksgiving
The day after Thanksgiving
Christmas
New Year's Day

Upon order approval, Cool Fish Apparel will ship to valid street addresses within the 48 contiguous United States based on the shipping method you selected. We cannot ship your order to Cool Fish Apparel retail stores.
Orders to Alaska and Hawaii might take a day or two longer. If Ground service is selected in the shipping charge box at checkout, your order will automatically be upgraded to 2nd Day service with the applicable charges.
Cool Fish Apparel cannot accept orders to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses, or destinations outside of the United States.
Cool Fish Apparel recommends shipping to a location where someone will be available to receive the delivery, such as a business address. Cool Fish Apparel is not responsible for packages delivered to unattended addresses.
Tracking Your Order
When your order is shipped, Cool Fish Apparel sends you a shipping confirmation email. A link is provided in the email that you can use to track the delivery of your order. We suggest you save this email until your order is fully received.
You can also track your order on Cool Fish Apparel by entering your order number.
Transit Times for 1 Day & 2nd Day Services
Orders can take 1-2 days to be processed for shipping at our fulfillment locations. Your package is expected to be delivered within 1 business day when you select 1 Day shipping and 2 business days when you select 2 Day shipping after the items have been processed and picked up by the delivery carrier.
